Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup 7.5 grams Spinach
  • 1/4 Cup 16.8 grams Chopped Kale
  • 1/3 Small 33.3 grams Banana
  • 1/3 Cup 54.5 grams Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/3 Cup 54.5 grams Sliced Mango
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/4 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Place the Top Blades in the Pitcher and after that add all of the ingredients in order way*
  • ┬áSelect the blender Speed 10 and flip the switch to START button. Blend for 45 seconds.
  • Remove the blades from the cup after blending the ingredients
